       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Detert) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 80 - 81
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  confidentiality, for 180 days after a final project order for a
    7  signed economic incentive agreement is issued, until a date
    8  specified in the final project order, or until the information
    9  is otherwise
   10

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 23 - 24
   14  and insert:
   15  
   16         of specified information relating to a business 180
   17         days after a final project order for a signed economic
   18         incentive agreement is issued, a date specified within
   19         the final project order, or until the information is
   20         otherwise disclosed, whichever occurs first;
