       Senator Jones moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 788 and 789
    4  insert:
    5         Section 20. Section 548.061, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
    6

    8         And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete line 62
   10  and insert:
   11         duplicate; repealing s. 548.061, F.S., relating
   12         to the requirement that each person or club that holds
   13         or shows pugilistic matches on a closed circuit
   14         telecast viewed within the state must file certain
   15         reports; providing for a type two transfer of relevant
   16         administrative rules relating to the redesignation of
   17         the Pilotage Rate Review Board as the Pilotage Rate
   18         Review Committee within the Board of Pilot
   19         Commissioners and the transfer of matters pending
   20         before the board at the time of the redesignation and
   21         the Governor’s appointment of the board pursuant to
   22         ss. 5 and 6, ch. 2010-225, Laws of Florida; providing
   23         effective date.
   24
