    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (631584) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 76
    4  and insert:
    5  using surgical codes. This subsection does not apply to a
    6  physician who prescribes medically necessary controlled
    7  substances for a patient during an inpatient stay in a hospital
    8  licensed under chapter 395.
