       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Health and Human
       Services Appropriations (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 836 - 842
    4  and insert:
    5  If a provider voluntarily relinquishes its Medicaid provider
    6  number or an associated license, or allows the associated
    7  licensure to expire after receiving written notice that the
    8  agency is conducting, or has conducted, an audit, survey,
    9  inspection, or investigation and that the sanction of suspension
   10  or termination will be imposed for noncompliance discovered as a
   11  result of the audit, survey, inspection, or investigation, the
   12  agency shall impose the sanction of termination for cause
