       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 603
    4  and insert:
    5  state university that applies for performance funding based on
    6  the following formula:

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 83
   11  and insert:
   12         each state university that applies for performance
   13         funding based on certain criteria;
