       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 108 - 116
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The chair serves at the pleasure of the Governor. A
    6  chair shall be appointed described in Pub. L. No. 105-220, Title
    7  I, s. 117(b)(2)(A)(i) to serve for a term of no more than 2
    8  years and shall serve no more than two terms.
    9         (c) The executive director of the board or other person
   10  responsible for the operational and administrative functions of
   11  the board serves at the pleasure of the Governor.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 9 - 12
   17  and insert:
   18         providing that the chair and members of a regional
   19         workforce board serve at the pleasure of the Governor;
