       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 222 - 226
    4  and insert:
    5         b. Domestic violence, as defined in s. 741.28, which causes
    6  the individual to reasonably believe that continued employment
    7  will jeopardize the individual’s safety or the safety of a
    8  member of her or his immediate family. Such cause must be
    9  substantiated by evidence that reasonably proves that domestic
   10  violence has occurred, such as an injunction, protective order,
   11  or other such reasonable and confidential documentation
   12  authorized by state law.
