       (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    5  insert:
    6         (5) For the purposes of this section, the term “officers
    7  elect” means the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and the Cabinet,
    8  collectively the Attorney General, the Chief Financial Officer,
    9  and the Commissioner of Agriculture.
