       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 24 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5  earlier than August 15 of 14 days before Labor Day each calendar
    6  year.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 3 - 7
   11  and insert:
   12         schools; amending s. 1001.42, F.S.; revising the
   13         opening date for schools; providing an effective date.
