    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 57 - 59
    4  and insert:
    5  blighted, or the area was previously used as a military facility
    6  and is adjacent to a county-owned zoological park. Such

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 5
   11  and insert:
   12         military facility and adjacent to a county-owned
   13         zoological park; providing an effective date.
