       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 994
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 11. Effective upon this act becoming a law,
    6  subsection (4) of section 627.7295, Florida
    7  
    8         Delete line 1030
    9  and insert:
   10         Section 13. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   11  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
   12  this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1,
   13  2012.
