       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Dean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 100 - 108
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) Beginning in 2012, The Auditor General shall annually
    6  transmit by July 15, to the President of the Senate, the Speaker
    7  of the House of Representatives, the Legislative Auditing
    8  Committee, and the Department of Financial Services, a list of
    9  all school districts, charter schools, charter technical career
   10  centers, Florida College System institutions, state
   11  universities, local governmental entities, and water management
   12  districts that have failed to comply with the transparency
   13  requirements of s. 215.985 as identified in the audit reports
   14  reviewed pursuant to paragraph (b) and those conducted pursuant
   15  to subsection (2).
