       The Committee on Agriculture (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

   24  manufacturing to which nutritive sweetening ingredients are
   25  added and, in addition to disciplinary action that may be taken
   26  by the Department of Agriculture against a citrus fruit dealer
   27  for violations of this chapter, suspend or revoke the permit of
   28  any processor that does not comply with the standards
   29  established under subparagraph (1)(a)4.
