       The Committee on Judiciary (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (948912) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 90 - 95
    5  and insert:
    6  older may petition the circuit court to have the disabilities of
    7  nonage removed under s. 743.015. The youth shall qualify as a
    8  person who is not required to prepay costs and fees as provided
    9  in s. 57.081. The court shall advance the cause on the calendar.
   10         Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 12 - 13
   15  and insert:
   16         homeless youths 16 years of age or older who apply to
   17         a court to have the disabilities of nonage removed
   18         shall have court costs waived; requiring a court to
   19         advance such cases on the calendar;
