       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 63
    4  and insert:
    5  with a public employer, except that a professional teacher
    6  association, as described in s. 1001.03(4), is not included in
    7  this definition only if its activities are limited to providing
    8  teacher training and staff development at no fee to a school
    9  district.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 17 - 19
   14  and insert:
   15         relating to public employee organizations only if such
   16         associations’ activities are limited to providing
   17         teacher training and staff development at no fee to
   18         school districts; providing an effective date.
