       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 127 - 129
    4  and insert:
    5  required training course within the previous 5 years. Once
    6  trained, experts must retake the required training course every
    7  5 years in order to remain on the registry. Those who have not
    8  completed the training course or have not retaken the training
    9  course within 5 years must be removed from the registry and may
   10  not conduct competency evaluations for the courts.
