       The Committee on Budget (Sobel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (519440) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 165 and 166
    4  insert:
    5         (f) Before circulating any petitions, the party circulating
    6  the petitions must register and provide to the school district
    7  the following information:
    8         1. The name and permanent address of each person
    9  circulating petitions; and
   10         2. The name and address of the registered agent of any
   11  corporation involved in the solicitation of petitions.
   12  
   13  The failure to register and provide such information shall
   14  result in the invalidity of any petitions obtained.
