       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 275 and 276
    4  insert:
    5         (6) The provisions of s. 1002.33(8)(e), which require the
    6  reversion of a school facility to the school district when a
    7  charter school is not renewed or is terminated, apply when a
    8  charter school serving as a turnaround option ceases to operate.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 31
   13  and insert:
   14         petition process and specifying requirements therefor;
   15         specifying that the reversion provisions of s.
   16         1002.33, F.S., apply to a charter school selected as a
   17         turnaround option if such charter school ceases to
   18         operate;
