       Senators Benacquisto, Latvala, Flores, and Evers moved the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 418
    4  and insert:
    5  unsatisfactory in the preceding school year. For purposes of
    6  implementation, the initial year of eligible schools subject to
    7  the provisions of s. 1003.07 are the schools that received a
    8  grade of “F” pursuant to s. 1008.34 in the 2010-2011 and 2011
    9  2012 school years and were not previously exempted in this
   10  paragraph.

   14         Delete line 51
   15  and insert:
   16         performance evaluations; providing for conditions for
   17         implementation of the act; repealing s. 1012.42, F.S.,
