       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 128 - 129
    4  and insert:
    5  1002.33, Florida Statutes, is amended, and paragraph (q) is
    6  added to subsection (9) of that section, to read:
    7         1002.33 Charter schools.—
    8         (9) CHARTER SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS.—
    9         (q) Each charter school operator must have its base of
   10  operations in the United States.
