    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing honorary designations of
    4         certain transportation facilities in a specified
    5         county; directing the Department of Transportation to
    6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Joyce Webb Nobles Bridge designated; Department
   11  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   12         (1) The U.S. Highway 90/98, State Road 10A, East Cervantes
   13  Street Bridge (Bridge Number 480198) in Escambia County is
   14  designated as “Joyce Webb Nobles Bridge.”
   15         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   16  suitable markers designating Joyce Webb Nobles Bridge as
   17  described in subsection (1).
   18         Section 2. Creola Rutledge Parkway designated; Department
   19  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   20         (1) That portion of E. Cervantes Street/U.S. 90 in Escambia
   21  County between N. 6th Avenue and N. Davis Highway in Pensacola
   22  is designated as “Creola Rutledge Parkway.”
   23         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   24  suitable markers designating Creola Rutledge Parkway as
   25  described in subsection (1).
   26         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
