       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Criminal and Civil
       Justice Appropriations (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 321
    4  and insert:
    5  notice pursuant to paragraph (a) or this paragraph. However, if
    6  the notice pursuant to paragraph (a) or this paragraph is not
    7  given, the clerk may not issue a writ to the sheriff to put the
    8  landlord into possession of the premises before the 3rd day
    9  after the date that the action for possession was served on a
   10  tenant pursuant to s. 48.183. The notice
