       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 57
    4  and insert:
    5  program to be implemented statewide. However, it is requested
    6  that Children's Medical Services allow Medicaid dental patients
    7  in Florida to retain the ability to receive services on a fee
    8  for-service basis.

   12         Between lines 45 and 46
   13  insert:
   14         WHEREAS, the Florida Legislature recognizes the uniqueness
   15  of providing dental services, and that dental services are best
   16  provided in a fee-for-service business model, and
