       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (883798) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 467 and 468
    5  insert:
    6         (q) Each charter school shall maintain an Internet website
    7  that enables the public to obtain information regarding the
    8  school, its personnel, and its programs. The website must
    9  include information or online links to information regarding any
   10  entity that owns, operates, or manages the school, including any
   11  nonprofit or for-profit entity, the names of all governing
   12  officers and administrative personnel of the entity, and any
   13  fees that the school pays to the entity. The information or
   14  online links must be prominently displayed and easily accessible
   15  to visitors of the website.
