       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1270
    4  and insert:
    5  apply, except as provided in subsections (10) and (15). However,
    6  notwithstanding s. 627.428, the attorney fees recovered under s.
    7  627.748-627.7491 shall be calculated without regard to any
    8  contingency risk multiplier.
