       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 288 - 291
    4  and insert:
    5  Notwithstanding this subsection, an entity shall be deemed a
    6  clinic and must be licensed under this part in order to receive
    7  reimbursement under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, ss.
    8  627.730-627.7405, unless exempted under s. 627.736(5)(h). An
    9  entity required to be licensed in order to receive reimbursement
   10  under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law is exempt from all
   11  license fees under this part.
