       The Committee on Budget (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (811080) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 401 - 406
    5  and insert:
    6  nursing services. Medical benefits do not include massage as
    7  defined in s. 480.033, regardless of the person, entity, or
    8  licensee providing massage, and a licensed massage therapist may
    9  not be reimbursed for medical benefits under this section.
   10  Reimbursement for acupuncture services is limited to the lesser
   11  of 15 treatments or the number of treatments rendered within 15
   12  weeks after the date of the initial acupuncture treatment,
   13  unless the insurer authorizes additional acupuncture services
   14  regardless of the person, entity, or licensee providing the
   15  acupuncture services. However, The medical benefits shall
   16  provide

   19         5. Medical benefits do not include massage as defined in s.

   26  and insert:
