       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Margolis) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (791184) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1342
    4  and insert:
    5  464, or a chiropractic physician licensed under chapter 460.
    6  
    7  A physician who renders a diagnosis that requires prescribed
    8  followup services and care under this sub-subparagraph may not
    9  accept a fee for the referral of the insured to a person or
   10  entity providing the followup services and care unless the
   11  physician rendering the diagnosis discloses in writing to the
   12  insured and the insurer that the physician has received a
   13  referral fee, the amount of the referral fee, and the name and
   14  business address of the person or entity that provided the
   15  referral fee.
