       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (435312) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 97 - 102
    5  and insert:
    6         4. Medical benefits do not include massage as defined in s.
    7  480.033. Medically necessary services provided by an
    8  acupuncturist in this state licensed under chapter 457 are
    9  limited to no more than 15 treatments at no more than $100 per
   10  treatment within the 15-week period after initial treatment by
   11  the licensed acupuncturist.

   15         Delete lines 916 - 918
   16  and insert:
   17         excluding massage from medical benefits that may be
   18         reimbursed under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault
   19         Law; providing limitations on acupuncture treatments;
   20         adding physical therapists
