       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (435312) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 97 - 102
    5  and insert:
    6         4. Medical benefits for all soft-tissue services or
    7  procedures not provided by a physician licensed under chapter
    8  458 or chapter 459, or a chiropractic physician licensed under
    9  chapter 460, are limited to a total of $2,000. As used in this
   10  paragraph, the term “soft-tissue services or procedures” means
   11  any service or procedure described in a CPT code beginning with
   12  97 as contained in the American Medical Association Current
   13  Procedural Terminology (CPT).

   17         Delete lines 916 - 919
   18  and insert:
   19         adding physical therapists to the list of providers
   20         that may provide services; providing a reimbursement
   21         cap on soft-tissue services or procedures;
