       The Committee on Transportation (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 3580 - 3586
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) The governing bodies or a designated subcommittee of
    6  both the PSTA and HART shall hold a joint meeting within 30 days
    7  after July 1, 2012, and as often as deemed necessary thereafter,
    8  in order to consider and identify opportunities for greater
    9  efficiency and service improvements, including specific methods
   10  for increasing service connectivity between the jurisdictions of
   11  each agency. The elements to be reviewed must also include:
