       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Health and Human
       Services Appropriations (Garcia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 2700 - 2706
    4  and insert:
    5         641.312 The Financial Services Commission shall adopt rules
    6  to administer the provisions of the National Association of
    7  Insurance Commissioners’ Uniform Health Carrier External Review
    8  Model Act, dated April 2010. This section may not apply to a
    9  health maintenance contract that is subject to the Subscriber
   10  Assistance Program in s. 409.7056.

   14         Delete lines 253 - 261
   15  and insert:
   16         creating s. 641.312, F.S.; requiring the Financial
   17         Services Commission to adopt rules to administer the

   19         Uniform Health Carrier External Review Model Act;
   20         providing that the Uniform Health Carrier External
   21         Review Model Act may not apply to a health maintenance
   22         contract that is subject to the Subscriber
   23         Assistance Program under 408.7056, F.S.; amendment s.
