       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2799 - 2807
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 65. Section 624.49, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         624.49 Prohibition on contracts.—Notwithstanding any other
    8  law, a medical provider providing pharmaceutical goods or
    9  services under chapter 440, or an entity acting on its behalf,
   10  may not be reimbursed pursuant to a contracted rate unless the
   11  provider directly contracted for that rate.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 257 - 263
   16  and insert:
   17         prescription drug inventories; creating s. 624.49,
   18         F.S.; providing that a medical provider providing
   19         pharmaceutical goods or services under ch. 440, F.S.,
   20         or an entity acting on its behalf, may not be
   21         reimbursed pursuant to a contracted rate unless the
   22         provider directly contracted for that rate;
