DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 417:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  417, $12,691,348 from the
General Revenue Fund and $17,333,132 from the Operations and Maintenance
Trust  Fund  are  provided  to expand the current Nursing Home Diversion
program  by  an  additional  1,762  slots,  effective July 1, 2012.  The
Department  of  Elder  Affairs  shall  first  enroll individuals who are
assessed at a priority score of 4 or higher.

AND INSERT:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  417, $11,691,348 from the
General Revenue Fund and $15,967,388 from the Operations and Maintenance
Trust  Fund  are  provided  to expand the current Nursing Home Diversion
