To provide choice for beneficiaries, maximize program efficiencies, and cost savings within the Medicaid program, medical supplies shall continue to be provided by state enrolled medical equipment companies. In addition, pursuant to sections 409.961 through 409.985, Florida Statutes, no language may be introduced to limit the ability of Medicaid managed care plans to provide incontinence medical supplies during the term of the contracts for these services including any extensions.
