At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 208, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 208 and pursuant to section 
409.912(41), Florida Statutes, as amended by Senate Bill 2002, the 
agency is authorized to provide a Medicaid Prepaid Dental Health Program 
in Miami-Dade County. For all other counties, the agency may not limit 
dental services to pre-paid plans and must allow qualified dental 
providers to provide dental services under Medicaid on a fee-for-service 
reimbursement methodology. The agency is authorized to seek any 
necessary revisions or amendments to the state plan or federal waivers 
to implement this policy.
