Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 281             Provides $75,000 from nonrecurring funds from the 
                         General Revenue Fund for the Haitian Heritage Museum 
Spec App: 2304A          Project in the Department of State.  Reduces the 
                         Florida Defense Support Task Force appropriation 
                         category in the Department of Economic Opportunity 
                         by $75,000 of nonrecurring funds from the General 
                         Revenue Fund and increases the same category by 
                         $75,000 of nonrecurring funds from the State 
                         Economic Enhancement and Development Trust Fund.  
                         Reduces the Economic Development Tools lump sum 
                         appropriation category in the Department of Economic 
                         Opportunity by $75,000 of nonrecurring funds from 
                         the State Economic Enhancement and Development Trust 
                         Fund.
