       Senator Dockery moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 296 and 297
    4  insert:
    5         (h) Require that the salaries paid to employees are
    6  commensurate with the salaries of employees who have similar
    7  positions with the Department of Corrections and that employees
    8  receive benefit packages that are greater than or equal to 50
    9  percent of their salaries.

   14  and insert:
