       Senators Siplin, Wise, and Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (806850) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 329 and 330
    5  insert:
    6         (12) Twenty percent of the cost savings required under
    7  subsection (3) shall be directed to the Department of Juvenile
    8  Justice for the purpose of funding the CINS/FINS program under
    9  chapter 984 and evidence-based substance abuse prevention and
   10  treatment programs for at-risk youth.

   15  insert:
   16         requiring that a specified percentage of the cost
   17         savings from the privatization required under the act
   18         be directed to the Department of Juvenile Justice for
   19         the purpose of funding the CINS/FINS program and
   20         evidence-based substance abuse prevention and
   21         treatment programs for at-risk youth;
