       Senator Siplin moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 329 and 330
    4  insert:
    5         (12) Twenty percent of the cost savings required under
    6  subsection (3) shall be directed to the Department of Juvenile
    7  Justice for the purpose of funding the CINS/FINS program under
    8  chapter 984.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Between lines 81 and 82
   13  insert:
   14         requiring that a specified percentage of the cost
   15         savings from the privatization required under the act
   16         be directed to the Department of Juvenile Justice for
   17         the purpose of funding the CINS/FINS program;
