       (Dean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 223 - 227
    4  and insert:
    5  increase the membership of the alliance to include the state
    6  attorney for the judicial circuit in which the community
    7  alliance is located, or his or her designee, the public defender
    8  for the judicial circuit in which the community alliance is
    9  located, or his or her designee, and other individuals and
