       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Finance and Tax
       (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 207 and 208
    4  insert:

    6         Section 6. The Department of Revenue shall provide adequate
    7  notice to affected taxpayers of the earlier due date for making
    8  an estimated payment established by this act. The department may
    9  satisfy this requirement by revising its corporate income tax
   10  return forms, creating a Tax Information Publication, and
   11  revising the due dates provided on its electronic filing
   12  calendar.
