       The Committee on Health Regulation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 450 - 452
    4  and insert:
    5  facility that has one or more class I or class II violations
    6  imposed by final order within the 2 years before licensure
    7  renewal is $500 per license plus a fee of $55 per bed. The
    8  increased fee amounts are in
