    4  and insert:

    6         (3) A juvenile offender may petition the court to reduce or
    7  suspend the sentence imposed for committing or attempting to
    8  commit the offense of sexual battery after he or she has served
    9  20 years of the imposed sentence. A juvenile offender may
   10  petition the court to reduce or suspend the sentence imposed for
   11  any other nonhomicide offense after he or she has served 10
