    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (678094)

    3         Between lines 237 and 238
    4  insert:
    5         (VI) A policyholder who is selected for removal from the
    6  corporation by a surplus lines insurer shall be allowed to
    7  return to the corporation in order to obtain similar coverage at
    8  the approved rate as of the date of issuance of the policy to
    9  the returning policyholder.
