       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 55 - 65
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (e) Sponsored state greenways and trails are authorized at
    7  the following facilities or property:
    8         1. Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail.
    9         2. Blackwater Heritage Trail.
   10         3. Tallahassee-St. Marks Historic Railroad State Trail.
   11         4. Nature Coast State Trail.
   12         5. Withlacoochee State Trail.
   13         6. General James A. Van Fleet State Trail.
   14         7. Palatka-Lake Butler State Trail.
   15         (f) The department may enter into commercial sponsorship
   16  agreements for other state greenways or trails as authorized in
   17  this section. A qualified entity that desires to enter into a
   18  commercial sponsorship agreement shall apply to the department
   19  on forms adopted by department rule.
   20         (g) All costs of a display, including development,
   21  construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal
   22  costs, shall be paid by the concessionaire.

   25         And the title is amended as follows:
   26         Delete line 10
   27  and insert:
   28         and trails are included in the initial sponsorships;
   29         authorizing the department to enter into sponsorship
   30         agreements with entities to sponsor other state
   31         greenways and trails;
