       The Committee on Health Regulation (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 797 - 799
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) A pregnancy resource center must be wholly owned and
    6  operated by one or more physicians who received residency
    7  training in performing dilation-and-curettage and dilation-and
    8  evacuation procedures or by a professional corporation or
    9  limited liability company composed solely of one or more such
   10  physicians.
   11         (8) A person who willfully violates subsection (5),
   12  subsection (6), or subsection (7) commits a misdemeanor of the
   13  first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.
   14  775.083.

   17         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   18         Delete lines 776 - 778
   19  and insert:
   20         Section 6. Subsection (1) of section 390.014, Florida
   21  Statutes, is amended, and subsections (5), (6), (7), and (8) are
   22  added to that section to read:

   25         And the title is amended as follows:
   26         Delete line 104
   27  and insert:
   28         one or more such physicians; providing an exception;
   29         requiring a pregnancy resource center to be owned and

   32         curettage procedure or a dilation-and-evacuation
   33         procedure or by a corporation or limited liability
   34         company composed of one or more such physicians;
