       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (487606) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 165 and 166
    5  insert:
    6         Section 6. The recurring sum of $193,850 is appropriated
    7  from the Workers’ Compensation Administrative Trust Fund to the
    8  Department of Financial Services and four additional full-time
    9  equivalent positions are authorized for the purpose of
   10  implementing the provisions of this act.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 184
   15  and insert:
   16         payment of workers’ compensation; providing an
   17         appropriation to and authorizing additional positions
   18         within the Department of Financial Services;
