       The Committee on Transportation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 219
    4  and insert:
    5         or any other law;
    6         Delete line 257
    7  and insert:
    8  bonds; and
    9         (n) To assume and resume all duties and responsibilities of
   10  the prior Seminole County Expressway Authority for any contract
   11  or agreement that existed on June 30, 2011, and to which the
   12  prior Seminole County Expressway Authority was a party.
