       The Committee on Health Regulation (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 71 - 73
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) The task force shall submit an interim report of its
    6  recommendations to the President of the Senate and the Speaker
    7  of the House of Representatives by January 15, 2013, and a final
    8  report of its recommendations by January 15, 2015.
